The quad room was cozy, and I loved relaxing on the private terrace with a glass of wine in the evening.

Its location in Bordeaux was super and brilliant, near to a very short walk of Bordeaux city centre and the centre of Bordeaux which is easily reached by a 10 minute tram journey from a station that is a short walk from the property.

It's fairly clean hip new hotel with attentive and friendly staff and a stunning location.

La Chartreuse was such a gem! The private garden and beautifully decorated rooms. Breakfast was a daily highlight, thanks to Pierre's amazing spreads. Just a heads-up-the shower could be a bit cramped. A wonderful escape!

The place was just perfect for families! The nice little private terrace was an amazing spot for morning coffee while the kids played in the lovely garden area. We really appreciated the attentive service, they went out of their way to make sure we felt at home.
